- Detailed tenant screening which includes credit check via Experian Credit Reporting, past and present landlord verifications, employment verifications, personal references, and verification that there are no outstanding checks due
- Detailed property condition reports, to ensure that the condition of the unit is documented subsequent to a tenant moving in
- Regularly scheduled apartment inspections, to ensure that the tenant is taking care of the premises
- Office staff and after-hours emergency answering service, to assure owners that tenant needs are addressed
- Collection of monthly rent payments. Tenants have the option of automatic rent payments from their designated bank account or paying via preprinted coupons
- Regular rent reviews, to assure owners that they are receiving the maximum rents possible
- Retention of tenant security deposits that will not be commingled with other monies
- Qualified service vendors to address your maintenance requirements
- Assistance with owner’s expenses…we are able to pay recurring expenses for owners, such as maintenance fees, insurance premiums, real property and general excise taxes, etc.
- Monthly financial statements detailing all revenue received and expenses disbursed
- Disbursement of net rental income check directly to an owner’s bank account or designated forwarding address
