Dass Ramadass
Dass is a former HPU Alumni who graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in Business Administration in 1985. He was awarded the outstanding student award in addition to a full scholarship for a Masters in Business Administration. He joined National Mortgage & Finance Company, Ltd. in 1986 as an intern and was later tasked as a Commercial Property Manager responsible for Commercial Properties in Honolulu and Guam. He also successfully initiated the start up of several new housing developments for the City and County of Honolulu's Housing Division in the 1990s. With over 20 years of Property Management experience, Dass is currently the President of Hawaiian Properties, Ltd., which has grown from an original staff of 10 to over 85. Dass is a Downtown Honolulu Rotary Club Member, has a love for dogs, and during his free time enjoys gourmet cooking.
Jeff Dickinson
Jeff came to Hawaiian Properties as Vice President and Senior Property Manager with a rich background in property management. Jeff worked closely with the developers of both Hokua and Capital Place for the AOAO initiation. His wealth of experience with complex allocation of expense issues is a major asset for mixed use AOAO buildings. Jeff is a graduate of Linfield College in Oregon with a Bachelor's of Science in Management. He currently manages the iconic Ilikai Apartment Building comprising of 1,025 units, Harbor Court and The Villa on Eaton Square. During Jeff's free time you can find him at the golf course or reading business journals.
 John W. Jepsen, Jr. PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS®
John joined our company as Vice President of Marketing and Senior Property Manager with over 15 years experience. He has earned the Certified Manager Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations. John served for 24 years as an intelligence specialist and senior analyst with the United States Navy. Prior to working at Hawaiian Properties, John successfully managed properties such as Gentry Waipio Community Association, Makaha Valley Towers, Diamond Head Condos, AOAO Harbor Pointe and AOAO Cathedral Point. John currently manages the Hawaii Kai Community Association comprising of 2,536 units. Outside the office John can challenge you to a mean game of golf or throw swift strikes at the bowling alley.
Kevin Agena
Kevin serves as Vice President and Senior Property Manager. Kevin began his career with National Mortgage Real Estate Corp. (now Hawaiian Properties, Ltd.) in 2001. Kevin is a local boy, born and raised in Hawaii. He is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a BBA in Business Management and has over 20 years of property management experience. Kevin has collaborated with several real estate developers to successfully initiate start-up of several condominium projects including the most recent, Country Club Village 6. Kevin's hobby is woodworking and can build anything from furniture, to jewelry boxes, to clocks. So if you need to decorate your place, you know who to go to.

Tom Heiden
Tom recently joined our team as the General Manager for the Marina Hawaii Vacations in July 2010. Tom previously managed condominium projects such as 1350 Ala Moana, Coconut Plantation at Ko'Olina, 909 Kapiolani and Haiku Plantations. He was the administrator for Campbell Estates' Ewa and Kunia properties' agricultural and natural resource operations. He has vast knowledge in hotel management with experience as an executive manager for the five-star Stanford Court Hotel in San Francisco, which complements his new position managing the Marina Hawaii Vacations operations at the Ilikai Hotel and Suites, offering vacation rentals at the Ilikai Tower, Ilikai Marina and the Discovery Bay Center. Tom is an absolute dog lover and dabbles in digital photography.
Brad Hironaka
Brad is the Principal Broker, Vice President and Senior Property Manager for Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. He joined our company in May 1997 as a Property Manager. Brad initially handled condominium associations, residential rentals, and government housing projects. Eventually he began managing and leasing the company's commercial portfolio as well. He is currently managing Kuakini Medical Plaza and the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii among other commercial properties. Brad is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and began working in real estate in 1993 as an apprentice in a real estate appraisal office. Brad's hobbies include hiking, biking, swimming and traveling.
Lily Narusawa GRI, PCAM®
Lily is Hawaiian Properties, Ltd.'s Vice President and a Real Estate Broker. She joined our company in January 1998. Lily grew up in Hawaii, attending Punahou High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Seattle University. In 1989, she started her career in real estate earning multi-million dollar awards, managing groups of agents and servicing Fortune 500 companies on the West Coast. In her free time, Lily loves walking along the beach, traveling, hiking, reading, and dancing the hula.
Renee Ishida
Renee joined Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. in 2011 as Accounting Manager. She earned her BBA in Accounting at the University of Hawaii. She has over 12 years in hotel accounting and property management accounting. Her responsibilities include internal controls, work flow efficiency, and overseeing the department. Renee enjoys spending her free time playing tennis, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Margaret Lim
Margaret joined Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. in 2005 as an Administrative Office Manager, with over 20 years of experience working in the property management field. She was born and raised in the tropical island of Mauritius, where she studied fashion design and fine art and previously assisted in her father's business administrating employees' records and bookkeeping services. At Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. Margaret's current responsibilities include overseeing all administrative and office functions. She is also responsible for the ongoing training and orientation of our administrative staff. Margaret enjoys spending her free time drawing and reading, while also teaching Sunday Bible class to the 2nd and 3rd graders.
